As exhausting as it can be to drag yourself out of bed first thing in the morning to workout, the benefits are well documented. - Be prepared
To really kick-start your early morning sweat session you need to prepare the night before. Some people actually sleep in their work-out wear to make getting to the gym in the morning a total breeze, but you don’t need to take it that far!
