This time of the year everyone is super busy. Parents are busy running kids to and from school, sports, all between working so, finding time for a homemade dinner is almost impossible. Many families find their way to the fast food drive thru window. Finding time to sit down with your family is much easier than it seems. I have a few #EffortlessMeals I can make in 20 minutes or less. Today I want to share with you homemade Chicken Alfredo done in less than 20 minutes.
Meals in 20 minutes or Less #EffortlessMeals with Walmart
For this meal you will need: 2 tbsp butter, 16 oz of shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of frozen spinach , 1 1/2 cups of milk, 2 tbsp flour, 1 pound of pasta your choice, 1 Rotisserie Chicken, and 1 marketside 16″pizza. This meal also came with potato salad and a 2 liter of coke. I will have left overs for another meal.
Place your pizza in your preheated oven and cook according to directions. Cook your pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, over a medium heat melt butter add in flour. Pour in your milk and cook over a low heat until milk becomes bubbly and thickens. Add in spinach and cheese. Stir until melted. Slice 1 cup of chicken from your Rotisserie chicken. Mix together cooked pasta and cheese sauce add in sliced chicken. By this time your pizza should be ready to remove from the oven. I bought the garlic pizza to go with this dish.
There it is a full family meal in under 20 minutes. This was all possible because of Walmart #EffortlessMeals. Walmart has a full selection of ready to go meals. My walmart has a huge section right in front of the store. They even have read to go pizza. I like to get the Rotisserie Chicken and make a quick home-made meal at home. The chicken meal includes: Rotisserie Chicken (29 oz.), 2 lb. Side (Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, or Cole Slaw, and 2 Liter Coca-Cola product. There is so much more like Pizza meal which includes: 16″ pepperoni pizza or 16″ five cheese pizza and 2 Liter Coca-Cola product. There is also a Fried Chicken meal and Sub sandwich meals. Skip one night of fast food and stop by Walmart for #EffortlessMeals. I had enough food to make two complete meals. My husband was happy and so was I.
