Seriously, coconut oil could soon become your best friend. It can be used for nearly everything. Of course, they are very tasty too, but you do need to cook them properly to get the full benefits.

Y is for You
You are beautiful, no matter how many layers of makeup you put on. Don’t care what anybody says about you. Forget those who body shame. Be yourself, and your inner beauty will radiate.
Z is for Z’s
In other words, get your beauty sleep. Your body heals as you rest, from the inside out. You will feel better in the morning, you won’t suffer from baggy eyes if you have slept well, and your skin will feel healthier. Ever needed an excuse to sleep more? Well, now you have one.
