Enjoyed our A-Z guide to fashion? We hope so. To complement our article, here is an extensive A-Z guide to all the beauty tips we think you need to know.
A is for Anti-Aging
None of us like the effects of aging, but unfortunately, it is something we all have to endure. However, we can slow down time by looking after our skin and bodies, such as eating a healthy diet and embarking on more exercise. There are also products that can be bought from any beauty store, such as these wrinkle creams that will reportedly knock years off your face.
B is for Beauty Queen
From catwalk divas to movie stars, we need only look at the pages of our favorite magazine, or go online to celebrity sites, and follow the example from some of today’s beauty queens. Miss Vogue toured the red carpet at this year’s Oscars and focused on the glamorous looks of three of our brightest young actresses. They may give you some inspiration.
C is for Coconut Oil
Seriously, coconut oil could soon become your best friend. It can be used for nearly everything. It is an excellent moisturizer for the skin, it will deep condition your hair, and is perfect for removing your makeup. It also makes for a fantastic ingredient in your favorite body scrub. Be sure to pick some up the next time you’re out shopping.
D is for Do-It-Yourself
There are many beauty products on the shelf, but you can save yourself a heap of money by creating your own. Using natural ingredients, such as honey, you can make your own face wash. Whiten your teeth using strawberries. Add some lavender to a little sandalwood oil and create your own fragrance. For more advice, look at these natural beauty tips, and be sure to add the relevant items to your shopping list.
E is for Exfoliate
Want fresh and healthy looking skin? Then you need to exfoliate on a daily basis. You want to look your best when going on a date, so when you’re eating your pizza, you don’t want to…erm… look like a pizza, thanks to the acne that seems to be glued to your face. Exfoliating will deal with the problem, getting rid of your dead skin cells, and leaving your face looking and feeling as smooth as a baby’s bum!
F is for Face Masks
When you’ve gone through your regular skin care routine of exfoliating and cleansing your skin, a face mask is perfect for soothing and hydrating your face. Not only are they great for giving you beautiful looking skin, but they are perfect for anybody with specific skin problems. You could visit a professional esthetician for your face mask, but you can easily make something at home. Fresh fruit, milk, honey, and yogurt are some of the many foods stuffs you can transform into a beauty remedy for your face. Not only will you look good, but you will smell amazing as well.

Want beautiful looking nails? Take some advice from the experts and follow these
nail painting tips. However, give your nails a break once in a while. Many polishes contain chemicals that do more harm than good, so go au naturale occasionally. When shopping, look for brands who use natural ingredients, such as Mimosa or Benecos. They aren’t completely natural, but harmful chemicals have been removed.
O is for Olive Oil
Going back to nails again, just for a moment, we recommend olive oil. Warm up a small amount and soak your fingers in for a few minutes each week. The oil is great for strengthening your nails, and will also give them a fantastic glow. Olive oil is also great for your skin, acting as a natural moisturizer.
P is for Potatoes
A potato diet is not always good for your skin. You need to cut down on those french fries for a start. However, they’re packed with vitamin B and C, and do more for your beauty than you would expect. Applying thin slices to your face, you can get rid of puffy eyes, fight acne, and reduce the swelling of sunburn. Of course, they are very tasty too, but you do need to cook them properly to get the full benefits.

A smile can not only brighten your face, but it can cheer up the people around you. Do you have beauty products literally tumbling out of your bathroom cabinet? Well, maybe it’s time to sift through them and get rid of anything that you bought a decade ago! After a while, your products will lose their effectiveness, and can even do your skin more harm than good. Bin them, and arm yourself with something new.
V is for Vaseline
Vaseline isn’t the first product you think about when stocking up your make-up bag, but it’s perfect for your beauty treatment. It can act as a moisturizer for your skin, it will heal chapped lips, and it can keep your manicure looking pristine by protecting your nails. You are bound to have a jar of it somewhere in the house, so neglect it no more!
W is for Water
Water is an essential beauty product, and it comes straight from the tap. Drinking water will enhance your skin, keep it hydrated, and leave a fresh, healthy glow. It’s great for your hair, too. You don’t always need to coat your hair in chemical products when water will do the job just fine.
