No Bake Rum Balls

– Ginger snaps  – Confectioners sugar – Pecans – or walnuts – Spiced rum  – Dark corn syrup – Butter – or margarine – Cocoa powder

1. Add the rum, corn syrup and butter and stir until well mixed.

combine the crushed ginger snaps, 1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar, and pecans and stir until combined.

Use a small ice cream scoop and scoop out balls of dough

place on a prepared pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator

Roll the rum balls in cocoa powder or confectioners sugar.

You can roll these rum balls in anything you desire!
