Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
On Sunday’s I love to make pasta. I have done this for about 20 years now. To me, it feels so comforting to smell sauce on stove cooking all day long. I try to find different types of pasta dishes to go with my sauce. This week I decided to try out the Spaghetti bake with my own twist of course. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family did.
You will need:
1 pound ground beef
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup alfredo sauce
1 pound of spaghetti
8 oz shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spaghetti according to directions till aldente. Fry ground beef and drain. Add in 1 cup marinara sauce and 1 cup alfredo sauce. Continue cooking over a medium heat until bubbly. Place spaghetti in a casserole pan. Pour over your meat mixture and mix into the spaghetti. Pour leftover sauce on top and coat with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Enjoy.
Oh, this sounds great! We are a pasta family! I love your combination of the marinara and alfredo sauces…I never would have thought of it. Making it this week, mama mia! Grazie!
