This year it has been extra hectic since a local team made the final games. Not only is our whole town excited. But my college boy is coming home to take part of the celebrations with his dad and I. Since we haven’t seen him since before the holidays, I wanted to make this year extra special. If you are wondering how special I am making things this year, just keep on reading.
So, check it out. My son has the biggest sweet tooth in the entire world, I think he gets it from his mama! Ha! Anyways, I decided to make my famous ….. cheesecake and today, I want to share with this easy recipe one step at a time, so that you can prepare it for all your basketball fans at your house.
For this you will need:
16 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla
chocolate and peanut butter candies
Instant Pot
Directions: Mix together eggs and cream cheese until well blended. Stir in Vanilla. Place in 7″ spring form pan. Place in your instant pot for 40 minutes on high pressure. Do a quick release. Allow to cool completely. Next we decorate. 
Separate orange peanutbutter pieces. Press a line down the middle of pieces. Next, do a line starting from the third piece to the top down the sides. do this on both ends. Make three lines on each side. This will look like a basketball cheesecake. 
You can find all your ingredients right at your local Walmart. Since I was at Walmart, I know my son is so much like his mom. He will need some Nexium. I found right in front of the pharmacy. With the anxiety of the final 4 and eating all the sweets I knew he would need some Nexium for all the heartburn. Always consult your MD when taking any meds.
