Skillet Cran Rasberry Cobbler
1 stick of butter
1 pint of rasberries
Pre-heat oven at 350 degree.
On stove top Melt 1 stick of butter.
In a separate bowl mix 1 c. self rising flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk.
Stir till batter is smooth. Pour batter in the skillet. Add cranberries and rasberries to the top. Do not stir.
The crust rises to the top as the cobbler bakes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
