Back to school time is always so busy. I am always looking for a quick weeknight one pot meal that does not include going through a drive-thru. Using my Instant pot has really been a savior. I have found my family eats a lot healthier since I have started using it. Better than take-out Beef and Broccoli is one of my favorite dishes in the instant pot. My husband raves about it. Tonight I wanted to share with you Instant Pot Goulash 4 Minute Meal. This dish is great you can add any veggies you like. I used zucchini and mushrooms tonight but I have used peppers and mushrooms before. That is why this meal is so great you can put almost any veggie in.
Instant Pot Goulash is another set it and forget it meal. Instant Pot Pasta Meals are So versatile you can use any type of pasta or veggies you like. For example recipe, I used Zucchini and Mushrooms but I have used Peppers and Mushrooms it just depends on what I have in the house. Also, you can substitute the hamburger meat for sausage or ground turkey. I just love all the Instant Pot One Pot Meals using ground beef. Instant Pot Homemade Lasagna Helper is another one of my best meals.
I really can’t believe how simple it was to make Instant Pot Goulash. Brown the meat add the veggies and pasta that’s about it! Have a full dinner on the table in under 10 minutes. Instant Pot Hamburger Helper is just as easy!

- 1 pound Ground Beef
1 pound ground beef 16 oz elbow macaroni 1 cup chopped zucchini 1 cup chopped mushrooms 1 jar of your favorite sauce 1 jar water.
- 16 OZ elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup zucchini
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 32 oz spaghetti sauce
- 32 oz water
- Place your instant pot on saute.
- Brown your ground beef until it crumbles.
- Add your veggies, pour your pasta over the veggies.
- Next, pour your jar of sauce right on top of the pasta.
- Fill that same jar with water and pour over the top.
- Place your top on and turn it on sealed position.
- Cook on manual for 4 minutes.
- Do a quick release.
