How to Make Instant Pot Supreme Pizza Pasta
- Brown the Meat: Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Cook the ground beef and sausage until browned and crumbled.
- Add the Ingredients: Stir in the mushrooms, peppers, onions, and uncooked pasta. Pour the pizza sauce and water over the top.
- Pressure Cook: Secure the lid and cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes. Carefully perform a quick release.
- Add the Cheese: Top with mozzarella and pepperoni slices. Turn on sauté mode until the cheese melts.
Tips I Found Helpful
- Drain the Grease: Drain excess grease after browning the sausage and ground beef.
- Choose Short Pasta: Ziti or penne works well for this recipe.
- Change the Toppings: Add your favorite pizza toppings, such as black olives or extra pepperoni.
- Shred Your Own Cheese: Freshly shredded mozzarella melts more smoothly.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Reheat with a splash of water or sauce to keep the pasta moist.

I LOVE mine. It actually has great reviews. I bought a second one. Please have her join my facebook group if she has any questions. https://www.facebook.com/groups/720517574627927/
do you use regular sausage or Italian sausage? thanks
Italian
Tried this tonight and it was SUPER awesome. Thanks for the recipe. It’s going in the “Let’s have that again” pile.
I love you recipes but I would really appreciate it if you would include the number of servings with them. I am cooking for two and I don’t like to wind up with a lot of leftovers, especially with a new recipe. I have limited freezer space to store the good ones and my dog is already too fat to eat the bad ones. Thankfully, yours are all good ones.
LOL I will try. My dogs are getting fat also just my husband and myself are home.
When you say “keep on low for 2 minutes” what do you mean? I don’t have a button on my instant pot that says low and haven’t used it often yet so I have no idea. Thanks!
I am not the author of this recipe but my guess is if you keep it on keep warm for a couple of minutes with a lid on top it should melt the cheese and all of that wonderful stuff. 🙂
If I want to reduce the amount of pasta … Maybe only use 12 ounces of pasta instead of 16 ounces … Or even if I halved it, and only made 8 ounces ofpasta …. Do I need to reduce the amount of water? What about cooking time? Would that stay the same? I’m new to this, and the first time I made pasta is was way too soft and mushy!
Same amount of time 🙂
I have an Insta Pot Duo, what is Manual High, I am using for the first, a little confused
