Tips & Tricks

  • Marinate: Place the chicken in marinate for at least 30 minutes, but if you let it marinate for a few hours or overnight it will be more flavor.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese will enhance the flavor of your skewers. Avoid using pre-minced garlic or pre-grated cheese if possible.
  • Cut Chicken Evenly: To ensure even cooking, cut your chicken pieces into uniform sizes.
  • Oil the Grill Grates: To prevent the chicken from sticking, brush the grill grates with oil before placing the skewers on the grill.
  • Use Medium-High Heat: Grill the skewers over medium-high heat to get a nice char on the outside while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
  • Rotate Skewers for Even Cooking: Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure all sides are cooked evenly. This will help achieve a uniform golden-brown color.
  • Check for Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve Immediately: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are best served hot off the grill.
  • Customize Your Skewers: Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, or zucchini to your skewers for added flavor and nutrition.
