I am a sucker for easy chicken meals; if I can use leftover rotisserie chicken or shredded chicken with a few ingredients to make a full delicious meal, I’m in! That being said, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole and Buffalo Wild Wings Chicken Pasta are some of my favorite chicken casserole dishes.
