- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast: You can also use thighs. Cube Chicken into 1/2″ pieces.
- 2 Eggs: Whisk Eggs at room temperature.
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour:
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs: you can use plain bread crumbs but if you want that extra crispy crunch, use the panko.
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder: Garlic Powder is optional; it gives it that extra flavor.
- Salt and Pepper: Use to taste.
- Cooking Oil Spray: I use an olive oil spray.
For Frozen Popcorn Chicken:
- 1 Bag of Frozen Popcorn Chicken brand of your Liking I like the perdue.
- Cooking Spray: We used Pam cooking spray.

Step 1:
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Cut Chicken into 1/2″ Cubes.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to your flour.
Set up your breading station with one bowl of bread crumbs, one bowl of flour, and a small bowl of whisked eggs.
Step 2:
Dip Chicken Pieces first in the flour; coat well.
Next, Dip the flour-coated chicken in the whisked eggs.
Step 3:
Last, Dip the chicken into the panko bread Crumbs. Work in batches until all chicken is coated.
Spray Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and place coated chicken pieces in a single layer.
Air Fry for 15 minutes, flipping once after 10 minutes or until both sides are golden brown.
