Fall is my favorite season. Now it is time for pumpkin everything! I tried this new recipe for Pumpkin Butter. It is to die for. You can eat it on toast, cookies, fruit or just about anything.
For this you will need:
1 29 oz Can of pumpkin Puree
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of apple juice
Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Combine pumpkin, apple juice, spices, and sugar in a large saucepan; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened. Stir frequently.
- Store in mason jars and chill till ready to serve.
