- Set your instant pot to cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
- Allow the instant pot to pressure release naturally for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and set the instant pot to saute boil the mixture for 5 minutes stirring constantly until the jam looks noticeably thicker and gel-like.
- Transfer the jam to sterilized glass containers and allow it to cool.
