  • Strawberries
  • Sugar
  • Lemon

Step by Step Directions for Strawberry Jam Recipe

  • In a large bowl, add the quartered strawberries and sugar and mix.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  • Add the lemon juice and stir.
  • Transfer the strawberries to your instant pot, and cover and lock the lid.
  • Set your instant pot to cook on high pressure for 1 minute.

  • Allow the instant pot to pressure release naturally for at least 15 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and set the instant pot to saute boil the mixture for 5 minutes stirring constantly until the jam looks noticeably thicker and gel-like.

  • Transfer the jam to sterilized glass containers and allow it to cool.
