I love making waffles, but I don’t always have the time. We only make them on special occasions, using a cake mix. These red velvet cake mix waffles are simple to make, and everyone loves them.

  • Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Oil
  • Milk
  • Waffle Maker

Step By Step Directions for Red Velvet Waffles

  • Preheat the waffle maker.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vanilla, milk, and Oil.

  • Spray the waffle maker with cooking oil.
  • Scoop one-half cup of batter on the waffle iron.

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

You can use any cake mix for this recipe such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry or even orange. Top with Powdered Sugar, Maple Syrup, Cool Whip,butter, Or even Cream Cheese Frosting.
