  • Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker
  • Tongs
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Butter
  • Water
  • Stick of Butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Step by Step Directions for Sweet Corn

  • Remove Corn Husks from corn.
  • Add the corn on the cob in the instant pot as many ears of corn as you want.
  • Add one cup of water.
  • Pressure Cook on high pressure.
  • Do a quick Release.
  • Carefully remove using tongs.
  • Add butter and salt as desired.

Chef Tips and tricks

You do not need a trivet for this recipe, but you can use one if you would like.

For additional flavor, use chicken broth instead of water.

Remove Husks and cut them in half if they do not fit In your instant pot.
