  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Oregano
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Large Onion, Sliced
  • 2 ½ Cups Quesadilla Cheese
  • 4 10” Flour Tortillas

  • Pat the steaks dry using a paper towel rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the steak, ensuring it is well-coated.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned steak and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until your desired level of doneness is reached.

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and the sliced onions.
