Could I Use Chicken Instead Of Turkey
Essentially you can use any lunch meat or deli style sliced meat. I would think chicken could be a delicious alternative to turkey meat.
The biggest thing to remember is to not get meat that has a ton of seasonings and spices on it. As it will add to the overall flavor of the dish. You won’t want it to clash with the stuffing flavors.

Can I Use Any Style of Stuffing
Feel free to use any style of stuffing you like. Whether it is a homemade stuffing or consider buying boxed. Turkey stuffing would be a great fit or even a cornbread style stuffing recipe.
