Turkey Roll Ups are made with thick slices of turkey wrapped around stuffing, then covered with turkey gravy and baked until hot. This easy three-ingredient dinner gives you all the comforting flavors of a turkey dinner without cooking a whole turkey.

I make these whenever I’m craving Thanksgiving dinner without cooking a whole turkey. I usually use thick-sliced deli turkey, which makes it easy to enjoy turkey, stuffing, and gravy any time of year.
Why I Love Turkey Roll Ups

About the Ingredients ⭐
- Turkey: I usually use thick-sliced deli turkey, which makes this recipe easy to make any time of year. Leftover sliced turkey works too.
- Stuffing: Prepared stuffing gives the roll ups that classic Thanksgiving flavor. Homemade or boxed stuffing both work well.
- Turkey Gravy: Keeps the turkey moist while baking and brings all those comfort-food flavors together. Use prepared, jarred, or homemade turkey gravy.

Tips I Found Helpful 💙
- Use thick-sliced turkey: Ask for the deli turkey a little thicker than sandwich slices so it holds the stuffing without tearing.
- Prepare the stuffing first: The stuffing should be fully prepared before rolling it inside the turkey.
- Don’t overfill: A small amount of stuffing makes the turkey easier to roll and helps keep everything together.
- Place seam-side down: Arrange the roll ups with the seam underneath so they stay closed while baking.
- Cover well with gravy: Spoon the gravy over the turkey before baking to help keep it moist.

I made this a few night ago at my sisters suggestion. What a hit, my husband and I love it!
I add some sautéed celery, onions and sage to the pre made stuffing cubes.
Also added “Gravy Master” to the Heinz Turkey gravy, truly enhances the flavor. Topped off with some fresh black pepper and parsley.
Served along side with cranberry sauces, rice and steamed carrots, a mini Thanksgiving.
BTW….Can purchase Gravy Master at most grocery stores.
