I made these when pasta chips were everywhere, and they’re such a fun way to turn ordinary pasta into a crunchy snack. I like them best right from the air fryer while they’re still warm and crispy.

About the Ingredients ⭐

Pasta: Rotini works great because the ridges get nice and crispy. Penne, rigatoni, or bowtie pasta can also be used.

Olive Oil: Coats the pasta and helps it crisp in the air fryer.

Parmesan Cheese: Adds salty, cheesy flavor. Romano can also be used.

Garlic Powder: Adds garlic flavor without burning like fresh garlic can.

Salt: Seasons the pasta before air frying.
