The air fryer has quickly become one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. Making everything from Sweet Potato Fries, Baked potatoes to parmesan-crusted chicken and even appetizers like Texas Road House Fried Pickles.
Ingredients Needed for Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes
- 4 Sweet Potatoes: I used medium-sized sweet potatoes. It may take longer to cook if you have larger potatoes.
- Salt and Pepper: Salt and pepper to taste.
- Olive Oil: Olive oil or avocado oil works best on sweet potatoes.

Step by Step Directions
Step One:
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
- Poke holes in your sweet potatoes with a fork.

Second Step:
- Coat the sweet potato skin with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook on air fry for 30 minutes, flipping the potato over halfway through.

Last Step:
- Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
