Potatoes are my weakness, like Cheesy Crockpot Potatoes, Parmesan Crusted Potatoes, or Garlic Smashed Potatoes. I could eat potatoes every day, whether cooked, baked, fried, or mashed. Air Frying potatoes is the quickest way to get the perfect crunch without deep frying them in a ton of oil.
