Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know when asparagus is done?
The asparagus should be tender when pierced with a fork but still have a slight bite.

Can I use frozen asparagus?
Fresh asparagus works best for this recipe. Frozen asparagus releases more moisture and can become soft when roasted.

Can I use only Parmesan cheese?
Yes. You can leave out the mozzarella and use extra Parmesan, but the topping won’t be as gooey.

How do I store leftover Garlic Parmesan Asparagus?
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

How do I reheat it?
Reheat in the oven or air fryer until warmed through. This helps the asparagus and cheese keep a better texture than microwaving.
