- heavy cream
- parmesan cheese

Step by Step Directions to make Marry me chicken dinner.
- Cut the chicken breasts into cutlets until you have 6 total cutlets.

- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken breasts in the flour.

- In a large cast-iron skillet, melt the ghee or butter over medium heat.
- Once the ghee or butter is melted
- Sear the chicken for 5 minutes per side, and work in batches.
- Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
- Bring the heat to a medium-low.
- In the same cast-iron skillet add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

- Add the chicken stock, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.



- Allow to come to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add the sundried tomatoes and the chicken and let simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened slightly.



- Garnish the chicken with fresh chopped basil and serve over pasta.
