Mason Jar Oreo Cheesecake
Oreo Cheesecake the best of both worlds in one little jar.
You will need:
1 package of oreos
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs vanilla
6 4oz mason jars
Directions: Place one oreo in the bottom of each mason jar. Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl place cream cheese, egg, sour cream and sugar. Mix until creamy and no lumps. Stir in vanilla. Pour into each mason jar and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
