  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Flatten the pizza dough on a surface with a little flour until it’s the thickness you want. If using store-bought dough, follow the package instructions for preparation. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper or a pizza peel for easy transfer later
  • To assemble the pizza, spread the ranch dressing evenly over the surface of the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
