The Instant Pot Supreme Pizza Pasta has three different types of meat, ground beef, sausage and of course pepperoni. This pasta dish is a total comfort food dish but also packed full of protein. Best of all, if you happen to have leftovers it reheats beautifully so pack it for lunch the next day. I think I could live on pizza alone, please no judgment. I am a fan of the sauce, meat, and of course the tender crust. But, I also have a deep love for pasta, so when I created this recipe, it really became an instant favorite.

I love tossing in mushrooms even though my whole family doesn’t really care for them. In this dish, no one even really notices them because the cheese, pasta, meat, and savory sauce hides it. Mushrooms are fat-free, low in calories, and are even cholesterol free. They are a great source of vitamin B and vitamin D, potassium, and are rich in antioxidants. They will enhance the flavor of the dish, and if you cut them up small enough no one has to know they are eating them.

You are welcome to change the meat around if you would like, if you are not a fan of sausage, just leave it out. I have even tossed in Canadian bacon in replace of the sausage when I didn’t have any and it turns out delicious every single time. So this recipe is versatile so if you don’t like an ingredient you can leave it out or substitute it for something else.

  2. I love you recipes but I would really appreciate it if you would include the number of servings with them. I am cooking for two and I don’t like to wind up with a lot of leftovers, especially with a new recipe. I have limited freezer space to store the good ones and my dog is already too fat to eat the bad ones. Thankfully, yours are all good ones.

  4. When you say “keep on low for 2 minutes” what do you mean? I don’t have a button on my instant pot that says low and haven’t used it often yet so I have no idea. Thanks!

    1. I am not the author of this recipe but my guess is if you keep it on keep warm for a couple of minutes with a lid on top it should melt the cheese and all of that wonderful stuff. 🙂

  5. If I want to reduce the amount of pasta … Maybe only use 12 ounces of pasta instead of 16 ounces … Or even if I halved it, and only made 8 ounces ofpasta …. Do I need to reduce the amount of water? What about cooking time? Would that stay the same? I’m new to this, and the first time I made pasta is was way too soft and mushy!
