Air-fryer-Smores

S’mores always remind me of summer nights around the campfire, toasting marshmallows until they’re perfectly golden. The air fryer lets me make that same gooey treat anytime, even when we don’t have a fire going.

Why I Love Air Fryer Smores

  • 3 ingredients: All you need are graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate.
  • Ready in minutes: No waiting for a campfire. 🔥

About the Ingredients ⭐

  1. Graham Crackers: Break each cracker in half to make the s’mores sandwiches.
  2. Chocolate Bars: Hershey’s gives you that classic s’mores flavor, but your favorite chocolate bar will work.
  3. Marshmallows: Use large marshmallows and cut them in half so they fit nicely on the graham crackers.

How to Make Air Fryer Smores

Step 1: Break the graham crackers in half and place half of them in the air fryer basket.

Step 2: Cut the marshmallows in half and place them cut-side down on top of the chocolate.

Step 3: Air fry at 390°F for 2–3 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.

Step 4: Add the graham cracker to the top, gently press together, and enjoy warm.

Tips I Found Helpful 💙

  • Cut the marshmallows: Place the cut side down on the chocolate bar to help them stay in place.
  • Watch them closely: Marshmallows toast very quickly in the air fryer.
  • Don’t overcrowd: Leave some space between each s’more so the hot air can circulate.
  • Serve right away: Air Fryer S’mores are best while the marshmallows are warm and gooey. 💙

Frequently Asked Questions

Smores are best served while they are hot but you can Store them in an air-tight container for 3 days.

Yes. Milk chocolate is classic, but dark chocolate, white chocolate, or your favorite chocolate bar will work.

Cutting them exposes the sticky center. Placing the cut side down on the chocolate helps keep the marshmallows from moving around in the air fryer.

Press the cut side of each marshmallow gently onto the chocolate before cooking. Check them often since air fryers can vary.
