I have to admit I love Mexican foods and love taco bell. Taco Bell Pizza is not so bad for a fast-food chain when I’m in a hurry, and the cinnamon twists, Yummy; I love them so much I had to go home and make Taco Bell Cinnamon Twists they turned out amazing. Ingredients Needed for Taco Bell Mexican Pizza:
- ground beef
- taco seasoning package or homemade Taco Seasonings
- tortilla shells
- refried beans
- Colby jack cheese, shredded
- taco sauce
- chopped tomatoes
- white onion, chopped
- jalapenos, sliced
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- lime, cut into wedges
Additional Toppings:
You can use sour cream, black beans, black olives, chopped bell pepper, fresh parsley.
Step by Step Directions for Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
- In a non-stick skillet, begin browning the ground beef over medium-high heat.
- Add the taco seasoning halfway through cooking. Set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350℉ and spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Assemble the taco pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Start with the bottom tortilla shell, evenly spread 2 ½ tablespoons of refried beans,
- top with 2 ½ ounces browned ground beef,
- sprinkle with a little bit of cheese, and top with another tortilla shell.
- Using a spoon, spread some taco sauce on top and sprinkle with more cheese.
- Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook these in batches.
- Cook the taco “pizza” for 10-12 minutes in the air fryer or until the cheese is completely melted and the edges of the tortilla shells are slightly browned.
- Top the taco pizzas with chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeno slices, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges, and enjoy.
