Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stalk finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasonings
  • 1 egg
  • 10 Mushrooms 
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped lobster or crab
  • 10 saltine crackers crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop garlic, celery, and pepper very fine.
  2. Saute in olive oil for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Wash and remove stems of mushrooms,
  4. Mix together crushed crackers, crab meat, seasoning, garlic, and onion.
  5. Mix in one egg.
  6. Spoon filling into each mushroom cap.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350,
  8. Place in a single layer for 5 minutes.
  9. Top each mushroom with cheese.
  10. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
