Duck Fart Shot
Duck Fart Shot is a layered shot and has three distinct layers first one is the creamy flavor of chocolate coffee, the second layer is minty baileys last will be your layer of whisky we used royal crown.
Why is it Called Duck Fart Shot?
The name duck fart came from a small bar in Anchorage Alaska called The Peanut Farm. The rumor is that the lady who made the shot had a lot of gas. I’m not sure if this is true but that is how the name came about. Don’t let the name scare you this shot is absolutely delicious.

Step-by-Step Directions for a Duck Fart Shot
- Bottom Layer: Pour half an ounce of Kahlua into your shot glass.
- We used the Spoon Method for this layered drink:
- Middle Layer: Place a spoon over the shot glass and slowly pour 1/2 Ounce of Baileys over the spoon into the glass on top of the Kahlua.
- Top Layer: The last step is the 1/2 ounce of Whiskey on top of the bailey slowly pour the whisky over a spoon into the glass.
Tips & Tricks
- Pour the ingredients in order to make the three distinct layers.
- Be sure to pour slowly over the spoon and do not have the spoon too high over the glass or it will mix and you will not have the layers.
- You can use any whisky you like but the original recipe calls for the crown royal.
