Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Veggies & Pasta

Creamy and Garlic infused to perfection is just the perfect side dish to go with my chicken. This is why the Instant Pot is so amazing You can literally throw stuff together and come out with something amazing.

My Broccoli and Cheddar Instant pot pasta is another meal I just threw together and it ended up being amazing.

How to Make

Step 1: Start by adding dry pasta, veggies, garlic, white wine and broth in Instant pot.

Step 2: Make sure all the pasta is submerged in liquid and place the lid on in the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, followed by a quick release.

Step 3: Turn on saute mode and pour in heavy cream. Add in cheese and heat until melted.

Serve up an incredibly easy and delicious soup everyone will love!

Can I Add Meat to Recipe

Want to make this pasta dish a meal in one? Cook up ground beef or sausage and follow the next steps.

Or toss in pre-cooked chicken to give it a whole new look. I love it as is but adding meal helps add a dimension of flavor and stretches the dish.

What If I Don’t Have Ziti Pasta

If you don’t have ziti pasta you are more than welcome to reach for any smaller fry pasta to replace.

I love doing rigatoni, elbow, or even bow tie in replace of ziti.

Can I Swap Veggies Out

This instant pot pasta recipe is so versatile. If you by chance don’t have one of the veggies you can swap it out.

Broccoli, cauliflower, beets, peppers, and other veggies could be roasted or sautéed and place on the side.

Storing Leftovers

Great a sealable container that is freezer friendly. Store leftover pasta in the fridge.

When you are ready then pile on a plate to reheat or opt to eat cold. Either way this pasta dish is so good!

Can I Use Canned Peas

When you use an electric pressure cooker you will find canned vegetables will become really mushy if pressure cooked.

I love using frozen vegetables, I find great texture in them. If all you have is canned peas, cook your dish without peas.

Then once done cooking and you are adding in cream, drain and toss peas in then. That way the peas don’t get pressure cooked and will hold nice texture.

Substitute For White Wine

Not a fan of wine? That’s totally fine if you don’t want to use regular wine or cooking wine. Feel free to reach for chicken or vegetable stock to replace wine.

It will of course alter the flavor but it will work to help add flavor to your Instant Pot pasta!

  1. I LOVE this recipe! It has become one of my favorite go-to Instant Pot recipes. Made it for the 3rd time tonight. I love the fact that you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand. The first time, I used cauliflower and peas, this time I used broccoli and red bell pepper. The garlic and white wine together make the sauce divine!
