Tender, juicy, Instant Pot Or Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken. I have to pat myself on the back for this outstanding Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken recipe you guys! I personally think it tastes quite a bit better than the ones you can pick up in stores and the process is pretty painless.
There is something magical about a good rotisserie chicken in my eyes, that crispy skin paired to that juicy tender meat inside. Slice it up for a pretty dinner option, and then use the leftovers for a whole new meal.
Now I have made Rotisserie chickens in the oven, but I have to say the Instant Pot Or Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken has stolen the show for me. The process is so easy, and boy does it give a tender and juicy result to the meat. Sometimes when I cook whole chickens in the oven they can get a bit over-dry if I am not careful. The Instant Pot feature on the Ninja Foodi helps lock in all that beautiful moisture, resulting in a fork-tender chicken.
Can You Make Chicken Stock From The Leftover Chicken Bones
Yes! You can use the bones to make a bone broth or even a homemade chicken broth. Then store properly and use for upcoming soup recipes, dishes and more. Nothing tastes better than a homemade chicken broth.
Can I Make A Rotisserie Chicken In My Instant Pot If I Don’t Own a Ninja Foodi
Absolutely! Follow the steps as directed and use your Instant Pot instead. If you want a crispier skin at the end, remove the chicken once fully cooked and toss in your oven on broil to add some crispy texture to the skin. Just watch it closely so it doesn’t overcook.
