Instant Pot Or Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken

Pin This Recipe!

Tender, juicy, Instant Pot Or Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken. I have to pat myself on the back for this outstanding Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken recipe you guys! I personally think it tastes quite a bit better than the ones you can pick up in stores and the process is pretty painless.

Instant Pot Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken

There is something magical about a good rotisserie chicken in my eyes, that crispy skin paired to that juicy tender meat inside. Slice it up for a pretty dinner option, and then use the leftovers for a whole new meal.

Now I have made Rotisserie chickens in the oven, but I have to say the Instant Pot Or Ninja Foodi Rotisserie Chicken has stolen the show for me. The process is so easy, and boy does it give a tender and juicy result to the meat. Sometimes when I cook whole chickens in the oven they can get a bit over-dry if I am not careful. The Instant Pot feature on the Ninja Foodi helps lock in all that beautiful moisture, resulting in a fork-tender chicken.

Can You Make Chicken Stock From The Leftover Chicken Bones

Yes! You can use the bones to make a bone broth or even a homemade chicken broth. Then store properly and use for upcoming soup recipes, dishes and more. Nothing tastes better than a homemade chicken broth.

Can I Make A Rotisserie Chicken In My Instant Pot If I Don’t Own a Ninja Foodi

Absolutely! Follow the steps as directed and use your Instant Pot instead. If you want a crispier skin at the end, remove the chicken once fully cooked and toss in your oven on broil to add some crispy texture to the skin. Just watch it closely so it doesn’t overcook.

What To Serve With Your Rotisserie Chicken

Let me share some of our family favorites for you to consider serving alongside your savory whole chicken.

Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole | Cheesy, creamy and absolutely delicious. We make this recipe all the time and pair with chicken.

6-Minute Instant Pot Potato Salad | We go for a potato salad in the warmer months out of the year. This is my favorite way to whip up a homemade potato salad.

Garlic and Parm Asparagus | A great vegetable side that is flavorful, hearty, and pairs nicely with your rotisserie chicken.

As you can see this is a really straightforward and easy recipe to follow. Skip buying a whole chicken at the supermarket and give it a try with this homemade version. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
