  1. Cook ground beef until brown and crumbled.
  2. Drain Grease.
  3. Add onions carrots and celery.
  4. Next add the Crushed Tomatoes, Beef Broth and seasoning.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Remove cover and add ditalini pasta.
  7. Continue cooking for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 15 oz can cannellini beans
  • 1 15 oz can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 carrots cubed
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp orageno
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Add to your slow cooker
  3. Add Crushed Tomatoes and Seasonings
  4. Add onions, Carrots, and Celery
  5. Add both beans.
  6. Pour over beef broth
  7. Add Bay leaf.
  8. Stir and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  9. Remove lid and add ditalni pasta
  10. Cook for an additional 30 minutes
  11. Serve.
