Football Season is here Time to break out the warm dips and comfort foods. As you know I had to break out the Instant Pot. I tried Instant Pot Crack Chicken last month, Instant pot Spinach and Artichoke dip last week that was amazing this week. Of course, I had to try some chicken wing dip! Instant Pot Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip using Chicken Breast really is an amazing treat Creamy, Spicy and Cheesy with the Buffalo Flavor This really is a perfect chicken dip. Instant Pot Buffalo chicken dip recipe is a very easy Chicken recipe. Buffalo Chicken Dip in the crock pot takes hours but using the Instant pot you will have your dip done in minutes which is much better when you have a hungry family waiting for a quick snack.
You can make this recipe using Frozen Chicken or thawed I did use thawed chicken. You will not need to increase your time at all using thawed chicken it will just take longer to come to pressure. Instant Pot Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 packet ranch dip
- 1 cup Hot Sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 16 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Place chicken, cream cheese, butter, hot sauce, and a packet of Ranch dip in your Instant Pot.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Do a quick Release
- Shred chicken with fork or use your mixer to break it up.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Serve with chips.
