Step by Step Directions for Roasted Cabbage Steaks
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove the first couple of leaves from the head of the cabbage.
- Using a sharp knife Cut the cabbage into 1-Inch thick slices.
- Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
- Coat each side of the cabbage with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on each cabbage steak.
