- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup romano cheese
- 12 1" squares cheddar cheese

- Mix together ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, Romano Cheese, and Ranch Seasoning until well combine.
- Shape into 1" balls.
- Press a square of cheddar in the center and form the meatball so the cheese is in the center.
