Ingredients
- 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 oz monterary jack
- 4 oz chopped Jalepenos
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together cheeses, and Jalapenos until smooth
- Press into 1" balls
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes
- Prepare a breading station
- Mix together flour and pepper
- whisk eggs in a separate bowl
- Place bread crumbs in another bowl
- Preheat air fryer to 350
- coat each ball with flour, egg, then bread crumbs.
- Continue working each one until all are coated
- Place in a single layer in your air fryer
- Spray with cooking oil
- Cook until golden brown about 5-7 minutes
