Cracker Barrel Copy Cat Hashbrown Casserole made in the Ninja Foodi
I love the Cracker Barrel Copy Cat Hashbrown Casserole made in the Ninja Foodi, it is one of my must-have items each and every time we head in to eat dinner. I decided the other night to create a copycat version of the Cracker Barrel hashbrown casserole in my Ninja Foodi. In just 20 minutes you have a cheesy, creamy, and delicious hashbrown casserole ready to serve up your family and friends.
Top this hashbrown casserole with a dollop of sour cream and some diced green onions and you have one hearty side dish. I love serving this up for a dinner side, brunch, or even re-heating this for breakfast the next day, paired with some salty bacon or sausage. If you can’t tell I think this hashbrown casserole is perfect for any occasion.
20 Minute Ninja Foodi Cracker Barrel Copy Cat Hashbrown Casserole made in the Ninja Foodi
With my Ninja Foodi I love the option to use an Instant Pot pressure cooker feature or swap it out for the air fryer feature which crisps up foods, like this casserole. It melts the cheese on top and gives the topping a nice little crispy texture, and then you dip into the creamy hashbrowns underneath.
How Do You Make A Simple Hashbrown Casserole
This recipe right here is so simple to follow. You just need a handful of ingredients and a little bit of time. The Ninja Foodi works great at cooking this casserole perfectly to give you that taste and texture just like the Cracker Barrel serves up.
Can You Freeze Hashbrown Casserole
Yes! This hash brown casserole freezes really nicely. If you freeze after you cook it, allow it to cool completely. Then put in an airtight container or wrap in aluminum foil and freeze. Then just toss in the oven to reheat when you are ready to eat the rest of it.
You can even freeze this casserole before you bake it. Now, if you plan to use your Ninja Foodi, what I recommend is placing your casserole ingredients in say a freezer bag. Then place the bag in the pan for your Ninja Foodi. So it takes the shape of the pot and then toss in the freezer. That way when you go to heat it up you can use your Ninja Foodi easily. It will be the same size as the pan. Otherwise, if you don’t you won’t be able to heat it up in your Ninja if it won’t fit in the pot.
Easy Hashbrown Casserole Using My Ninja Foodi
I use frozen hashbrowns to really simplify the prep. Plus I find the frozen hashbrowns have a nice texture to them and they hold up in the baking process. Sometimes homemade hashbrowns can be a bit more on the mushy side.
In no time at all, you can get your favorite flavors of Cracker Barrel right in the comfort of your own home. This is such a quick and easy dish to make, and once you try it, I am sure you will make it again and again!

This sounds absolutely amazing!!! I just was wondering can this be made in a crock pot?
Do you air crisp this on bake for 20 mins or is there another bake you do. I don’t have “bake” on my foodie
I don’t have a foodie. I have an insta pot do you have a recipe for hash brown casserole copy cat I can use.
You use the air crisp function as directed 350 for 20 minutes and then you can add some more cheese on top and melt it for a few minutes take it out and put some more sour cream and serve..,,,delish!
Just made this, overall good but next time I’m going to cook the onions in some butter first using the saute mode, then add the mixture and combine. The onions didn’t cook all the way through and were still slightly raw.
