Big Mac Salad tastes just like the classic Mcdonald’s Big Mac, with delicious pickles, special sauce, Cheese, and seasoned ground beef over a bed of fresh lettuce. You can make this Keto Big Mac Salad anytime without all the guilt of the extra carbs and calories.

Ingredients for Big Mac Salad
- 1 Pound Ground Beef: Use a lean ground beef or ground turkey.
- kosher salt: 1 Teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 Teaspoon
- 1 Teaspoon granulated garlic: May use garlic powder or if you use garlic salt skip the kosher salt.
- Granulated onion: You can also use onion powder or onion flakes.
- Head Iceberg Lettuce: Chopped and Washed, you can use romaine lettuce or salad mix.
- Grape Tomatoes: 1 Cup, Sliced In Half
- 3 Pickle Spears: Roughly Chopped Dill pickles works best.
- Red Onion: 1/2 onion sliced.
- Cheddar Cheese; 1/2 cup or 4oz Shredded
- Thousand Island Dressing: 1/2 cup or you can use homemade big mac sauce
How to make a Big Mac Salad
First Step
- Cook ground beef until brown and crumbled add seasonings.
- Drain Grease.
Second Step
- Assemble Salad.
- Place cut and washed lettuce on a large plate.
- Add Ground Beef, Cheese, Onions, Chopped Pickles, and tomatoes.
Last Step
- Toss Salad together in a large bowl.
- Add Big Mac Sauce or Thousand Island Dressing to the top of the salad.
