Taco soup is one of my guiltless pleasures; Since it is zero points on weight watchers and is very tasty. I think I could eat the entire pot by myself over a few days. This is a versatile recipe and can be made with ground beef and beef broth or ground turkey and chicken broth. I have done this both ways, depending on my mood.

Step by Step Directions for Instant Pot Taco Soup
- Place the instant pot on saute.
- Add ground turkey or chicken.
- Cook on high until meat is no longer pink.
- Drain meat of the excess grease.
- Add garlic and onion.
- Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until meat is crumbled and brown.
- Add in the rest of your ingredients like beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- Pressure Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- Do a Quick Pressure Release.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
