  • Flour
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Milk

Step by Step Directions for Bob Evans Sausage Gravy

  • In a large skillet, add the ground pork sausage and brown the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it up as you cook, about 6 minutes.
  • Add the flour to the cooked sausage and mix, cook over medium heat for 1 minute. 
  • Pour in the milk (2 cups of whole milk) and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until gravy thickened about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  • Serve with warmed biscuits.
