  • Add the ground pork sausage in a large skillet and brown it over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it up as you cook, about 6 minutes.
  • Add the flour to the cooked sausage and mix; cook over medium heat for 1 minute. 
  • Pour in the milk (2 cups of whole milk) and cook over medium heat, constantly stirring, until gravy thickened, about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  • Serve with warmed biscuits.
