The Breakfast Charcuterie Board is my favorite of all. It is filled with fresh biscuits, fruits, jams, and all your favorite breakfast foods, all together in one place to make the ultimate breakfast or brunch.

Charcuterie boards have become popular, so I decided to make one with all my favorite breakfast foods. another great idea to go with this breakfast board is a Butter Board.

What is a Charcuterie Board?
Charcuterie boards have been around since the 15th century in France and then came to the US in the 19th and 20th centuries. They were very popular at formal dinners in the early 1900s. They would serve a variety of finger foods at cocktail-type dinners/parties.
Now in 2022, There are so many board ideas I love the idea of a brunch charcuterie. Mostly, they are on slates or large wood boards with a smorgasbord of finger foods.
What Do I need for a Breakfast Charcuterie Board?

- Large wood Board or slate board for serving
- Fresh Fruits such as strawberries and blueberries. They offer color and texture to your breakfast board
- 3 6oz mason jars
- Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits
- Homemade Strawberry Jam Or Instant Pot Cherry Jam
- Sausage Gravy
- Bacon
- Eggs
- Sausage links or patties
- Honey
- maple syrup
- Cheddar Cheese and Monterrey Cheese.

Step by Step for a Breakfast Board
- Place your hero of the board down the middle. In this case, it was my buttermilk biscuits.
- Add a Mason Jar filled with Jam,Honey, and Fruit on the outer corners.
- Add your small bowl or Mason Jar with the sausage Gravy.
- Next Add all your meats and eggs.
- Now fill in spaces with fresh fruits and cheeses I used Strawberries.
Variations Tips and Tricks For Breakfast Charcuterie Board
- If using scrambled eggs make sure it’s served and eaten right away. You can also substitute with boiled eggs.
- You can use any fruits or veggies to fill in the extra spots on your brunch board.
- Make sure you have lots of textures sweet and savory to serve all guests.
