- 3 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 Pound Ham
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 16 oz cheddar cheese
- 2 Cans evaporated milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Slice Potatoes
- chop onions and garlic
- In a small pan saute butter onions and garlic until translucent
- spread bacon on the bottom of your crockpot
- lay a single layer of potatoes on top of the bacon.
- Next, add a layer of onions garlic, and ham
- sprinkle flour over the layer
- Repeat layer of potatoes, Onions, ham continue with layers until pan is full
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Pour your cans of evaporated milk over the top
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 until potatoes are tender
