What Are The Best Potatoes To Use
You are more than welcome to use any of your favorite potatoes. Russets and Yukon’s are both great for giving you a starchier texture.
Or you can reach for baby potatoes to slice in half or quarters if you prefer.
Do You Peel Potatoes For Campfire Potatoes
Ultimately the choice is yours. You are more than welcome to peel if you prefer a skinless potato. I have done it both ways and it works doing either.
You will save prep time by leaving them on, but feel free to peel if you would like.
