Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 oz cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1 green onion chopped (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash Potatoes
- Slice Potatoes
- Place in foil
- salt and pepper
- Add butter
- Add cheddar cheese
- Seal up foil
- one cup water in the bottom of the instant pot
- Cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes
- Do a quick release
- Replace with Air Fryer Lid
- on 350 degrees for an additional 10 minutes
- Remove and top with bacon, green onions, and sour cream
