  • Mashed Potatoes: I used leftover Garlic and Rosemary mashed potatoes, but you can also use Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes or Instant Pot mashed Potatoes I would not use instant mashed potatoes for this recipe.
  • Corn, Steamed: I used frozen corn but feel free to use canned corn as well.
  • Popcorn Chicken: We used frozen popcorn chicken cooked in the air fryer, but you can also make homemade chicken nuggets
  • Chicken Gravy: The gravy can be turkey or chicken we used already prepared gravy but feel free to make homemade or use leftover gravy.
  • Cheddar Cheese: Shredded Cheese; we used cheddar, which was great you can also use American cheese, cheddar jack for a spicy flavor, or even Velveeta.

  1. Make sure all your ingredients are prepared and hot.
  2. In a large serving bowl or individual bowls, layer in the ingredients starting with the mashed potatoes. 
  3. Sprinkle on the corn on top of the mashed potatoes.
  4. Next a layer of popcorn chicken. 
  5. Then pour the chicken gravy over the popcorn chicken and sprinkle on the shredded cheese. 
  6. Garnish with parsley or chives if desired. Enjoy!

  • 10 oz Bag Frozen Corn, Steamed
  • 26 oz Frozen Popcorn Chicken, Prepared according to package Instructions
  • 12 oz Prepared Chicken Gravy, Heated (I used heinz in the glass jar)
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
