What Meatloaf Ingredients do you need?
- Ground turkey, ground Beef, or chicken
- Egg
- Panko bread crumbs – regular or seasoned
- Onion
- Garlic
- Worcestershire sauce
- Dijon mustard

- Ground black pepper
- Mushrooms – baby bella or white
- Ketchup
- Liquid smoke – this adds flavor, but can be left out
- Brown sugar
- White vinegar

How to make Meatloaf in the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer at 400° for 5 minutes.
- Combine all the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form into 2 small loaves, or if you have mini loaf pans, spray with cooking spray and divide the meatloaf between 2 pans.
- Cover the pans with tinfoil and air fry at 400° cook time is 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°.
- While the meatloaf is cooking, combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove the tinfoil and spread some sauce over the meatloaf. You can save the remaining sauce to serve with the meatloaf. Place in the air fryer for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.

- You can saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms for a few minutes before adding to the meatloaf. I prefer my onions to be well cooked and sometimes they don’t cook well enough in a meatloaf.

- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
Glaze
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
