Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno poppers have crispy bacon, Creamy Cheese with the spicy bite from the jalapeno, all made in the air fryer or pop them in the oven for the perfect appetizer.

Appetizers are my favorite part of football season. Sometimes that’s all we have for dinner is game day snacks like Texas Road House Fried Pickles, Air Fryer Fried Ravioli, Pizza Monkey Bread, Or even a Dill Pickle Cheeseball,

Ingredients for Jalapeno-Poppers
- 12 Jalapenos: Cut in half, seeds removed, Keep Stem On)
- 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese: Softened at room temperature.
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese: Shredded for even spicier, you can use cheddar jack.
- ½ Teaspoon Granulated Garlic: You can use minced garlic, powdered, or granulated.
- 2 Package Bacon: or 24 Slices Of Bacon

Step by Step Directions for bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers
First Step
- Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Mix using a handheld electric mixer.


Second Step
- Cut the jalapenos lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Leave Stems on the peppers.
- Stuff each jalapeno with 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.


Last Step
- Wrap each jalapeño pepper with 1 slice of bacon, using toothpicks to secure the bacon in place.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370℉ and spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the jalapenos with the air fryer basket, so they are not touching. (you may have to cook the jalapeno poppers in batches)
- Air fry the jalapeno popper for 10-12 minutes or until the bacon is nice and crispy and the jalapenos are tender.

Oven Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place peppers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

Tips and Tricks
- Wear Gloves when cutting Jalapeno
- I don’t recommend using a thick-cut style of bacon as it will take longer to cook the air fryer and overcook the jalapenos.
- You can replace the cheddar cheese with any cheese that you have on hand. I recommend pepper jack, Colby jack, sharp white cheddar, or mozzarella.
